Checklist for Banking Services

Go over these topics with the employee.

Explain that the salary will be paid to a bank account, not e.g. in cash or by cheque

Show the employee the banks' websites and check which offer services in English

Help the employee book an appointment with a bank for setting up an account and getting a bank card and electronic banking codes

Check which details and documents are needed, e.g. employment contract, passport, personal ID number

Confirm that the employee has the needed documents

Instruct employee to inform the bank of their ID number confirmed by the DVV so that the electronic payslip can be assigned to them

Instruct employee to inform payroll of the bank account details as soon as possible for salary payment purposes
